Finnie B. Cook, Ph.D.,MSCC

Dr. Cook has spent the majority of her professional career in the field of economic litigation consulting. She has been qualified as an expert economist in Federal Court and in Circuit

Courts in Florida. Dr. Cook’s testimony and consulting experience includes the valuation of economic damages in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, marital dissolution,
and commercial damage claims including lost profits and business valuation. In addition, Dr. Cook has specialized training in the area of health economics and is certified as a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant.  


Dr. Cook received her B.S.B.A. in International Economics from the University of Florida (Gainesville), and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from the College of Business at the University of South Florida (Tampa).
